Summer naam aate hi hum bad feel karne lagte hain. Hume summer se hate hai. Aisa isliye hai kyonki summer me sweat, dehydration aur skin eruptions problems hoti hain. Waise Ayurveda me sweat ana aur other symptoms pitta dosh mana jata hai.

Garmi me hume more alkaline foods body ki heat se fight karne ke liye karna chahiye. Eat water-rich foods jo hume hydrate rakhte hain. Aur anti-oxidants hume healthy rahne me help karte hain. Onions, green veggies aur lots of water ka sewan karen.

Apko ye dhyan rakhna hai ki aisi koi cheej na khayen jo apki body ko dry kare. Kyonki apki body ki heat apme various health problems create kar sakti hai. 

To chaliye aaj hum aise hi ayurvedic tips ki baat karen jo hume summer me cool rakhe-

1. Avoid foods that heat you up-

Aise bhojan ka sewan na karen jo apki body me heat produce kare. Avoid sour fruits, citrus fruits, beetroots and carrots jo body me heat produce karte hain. Garlic, chilli, tomato, sour cream aur salted cheese jo system ko hamper kare.

Isliye more salads khaye jo apko cool rakhe. Dark meats ko avoid karen jo body ko heat up kare.

2. Bring coconut oil to your rescue-

Daily apni body me 5-6 ounces coconut oil bath se pahle rub karen. Ye apki skin ko calming, cooling aur soothing effect seta hai. Aap Kabhi-Kabhi sunflower oil use kar sakte hain

3. Avoid strenuous(जोरदार) exercise-

Morning me daily exercise karna always good thing hai. Ye hamara coolest part hai. Other parts of the day me exercise karna hamari body ko heat kar deta hai. Hamesha routine bana len ki early morning jab cool 

4. Eat at right time-

Hamesha us time khayen jab apki digestive fire strong ho. Aur ye fire mid-day yani lunch ke waqt hoti hai. Summer me agr aap lunch skip karte hai to apka pitta dosh upset ho jata hai. Aur ye apko irritate karne lagta hai. 

5. Cooling oil use karen-

Aap sandalwood, jasmine aur khus oil use karen, ye apko cooling karne me help karenge. Ye sirf aroma soothing hi nahi dete balki ye hame cool bhi rakhte hain. Aap coconut oil se bhi massage kar sakte hain. Shower lene se 20 muntes before aap ye massage len. Ye remedy apki body ko rejuvenate bhi karta hai. Ayurveda me ise body heat reduce karne wala bataya gaya hai.

6. Avoid hot, spicy and sour foods-

Aap is summer hot, spicy foods ko avoid karen. Isse apko surprising results milenge. Jab aap inka sewan karte hain to ye apki body ko hot karta hai. Usme heat increase hone lagti hai. Aur aap hotter feel karna start kar dete hain. Apni daily diet me sweet aur colling foods add karen. Jaise white aur red rice, coconut, ghee aur wheat. 

7. Avoid fermented foods-

Hamesha apni diet me pickles, bread, fermented cheese, yogurt aur soy products ko avoid karen. Ye apki body me heat ko increase karte hain. Isse apko indigestion aur heartburn start ho jati hai. 

8. Wear loose-fitting clothes-

Summer me hamesha aap loose fittings wali dress pahne. Isse apko cooling feel hogi. Light color ke dresses hi wear karen. Jo sunlight ko reflect karte hain. JAise white, grey, blue aur green color. Dark color ke clothes avoid karen. Ye heat ko absorb karte hain. Isse apko hot feeling hoti hai. To aap jaan hi gaye honge ki summer me kaise naturally body heat ko reduce karen.

9. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive activity-

Day ke hottest part me ghar se bahar na jayen. Agr jana hi pade to sunscreen lotion laga kar jayen. Umbrella ka use bhi karen. Ye dhyan rakhen ki direct sunlight ko face na karen. Isse apki skin me irritation ya other skin problems create ho sakti hai. Running ya biking ke liye jana ho to early morning me hi ja aayen. 10. Avoid ice cold drinks-

Ice cold drinks apka digestion hi upset nahi karte balki ye apki body me heat increase kar dete hain. Isse body me toxins create ho jate hain. Apka digestive sysytem hi apki digestive fire food ko energy me convert ka responsible hota hai.
