Jab aap pregnant hoti hain to aap apni body me anything nahi dalengi.  jo apke baby ke development me problems create kare. Aap jo kuch bhi khati hain wo apke baby ko affect karta hai. Aur wo foods apko avoid karna chahiye. Ye foods apke liye dangerous foods hain.

FOODS TO AVOID:

1. Raw meat:

  • Undercooked animal foods-jaise ki rare meat, raw oysters, calms, unpasteurized eggs, raw cookie and homemade eggnog, bacteria, viruses aur parasites.
  • Hot dogs, luncheon meats aur unpasteurized dairy foods shamil hain.

2.Raw vegetable sprouts:

FDA sabko yahi advises deta hai ki normal aur pregnancy ke waqt raw sprouts avoid karne chahiye. Jaise ki radish, moong aur beans sprouts.

  • Sprouts seeds me bacteria ho jate hain jo wash out hona impossible hai.

5.Certain Fruits and Vegetables:

During pregnancy below fruits avoid karne chahiye-

  • Papaya rich in latex hai.
  • Isliye ise khane se apke uterine contractions( गर्भाशय संकुचन) ho sakta hai.
  • Black grapes body me heat create karte hain.
  • Isse apke baby ko harm ho sakta hai.

9.Street foods:

  • Pregnancy ke time women ke spicy, sour aur sweets ki craving hona normal hai

  • lekin aap ye notice karen ki aisa karna apke baby ke liya achi baat nahi hai
