Ingredients-

  • water- 100 gm
  • sugar- taste ke anusaar
  • tea- 1 tsp
  • adrak– 1 small piece
  • milk- 200 gm

Method-

  • sabse pahle adrak ka small piece len
  • pan me water daalen
  • ab ise boil karen
  • is hot water me adrak, tea aur sugar add karen
  • jab ye achi tarh boil ho jaye tab isme milk add karen
  • gas off karen aur serve karen.

lemon juice – 1/2

grated adrak– 1/2 inch

  • ripe mango, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • one cup crushed ice
  • 2 tsp coconut milk(or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp dried ground turmeric (or 2 tsp fresh minced turmeric)
  • fresh ginger 1/2 tsp 
  • 1/2 medium banana (peeled)

Method-

  • blend all ingredients until smooth
  • enjoy immediately.

4. Pomegranate Ginger detox drink:

  • ginger 1 inch
  • 1 pomegranate seeds 
  • 2 celery stems with leaves chopped
  • 1/3 tsp normal salt
  • sugar if you want
  • rock salt 1 pinch

Method-

  • grind all the ingredients in a juicer
  • add cold water as per consistency
  • no need to add sugar
  • if you need you can.

  • white sugar 5 cup

  • lemon 1/2
  • 3 lb ginger roots

Method

  • ginger roots wash karen
  • small pieces me cut karen
  • blender me ginger, water mix karen aur crush karen
  • pineapple small pieces me cut karen aur blender me blend karen
  • large container me ginger, pineapple add karen
  • ab isme lemon add karen
  • apka drink ready hai
  • aap ise  3 weeks tak fridge me bhi rakh sakte hain.
