Gray hair ek common problem hai. Pahle ise aging sign mana jata tha. Lekin aaj ye har age ki problem hai. Woman me gray hair reproductive cycle ke end ka reason mana jata hai. Par aaj truth ye hai ki women me mid to late 20s aur early 3os gray hair spot dikhne lagte hain. Aur inhe hum ek suitable color se hidden bhi kar lete hain. Lekin truth ye hai ki melanin content ke low hone se ye problem aati hai.

1. Unhealthy eating:

Apki diet apke hair health par bhi effect dalti hai. Agr apki diet lack in proteins hai to apke hair gray ka ye reason ho sakta hai. Hamare hairs me keratin protein hota hai. Ye melanin ko produce karne me help karta hai. Apki body ko agr aap dairy products jaise milk, cheese, butter aur leafy veggies jaise spinach se dur rakhte hain. Aur other protein supplements ki kami se melanin production low ho jata hai. Isse gray hair hone lagte hain.

2. Forget oil your hair:

Aap apne hairs me oiling nahi karte tab apke hairs dry aur dehydrated hone lagte hain. Isse natural moisture slowly khatam hone lagta hai. Isko aap good shampoo aur conditioner se cure kar sakte hain. Iske karan melanin produces hona kam ho jata hai. Isliye hamesha apne hairs ko naturally moisturized karte rahen.

3. Unchecked thyroid:

5. Use hard shampoo:

Aise shampoo kabhi use na karen jo hrd ho. Apke hairs ko damage karne wale shampoo se dur rahen. Some shampoos me harsh chemicals hote hain jo hamare hairs ko damage karna start kar dete hain. Isse hamare hairs ka natural pigment reduce hone lagta hai.
