Pait ko kam karne ke liye sabse khas balanced diet ka hona jaruri hai. hame apne khane me vitamin C yukt bhojan jaise orange, lemon, grapes aur ber ko shamil karna hoga. Vitamin C hamari fat ko jaldi burn karta hai aur body ko shape me lata hai. Khud ko jyada fat khane se dur karen.

Iske saath hi green vegetables jaise gajar(carrot), brocoli, apple, watermelon, Patta gobhi aadi bhi khayen. Ye apke shareer me pani aur fat ko sokhne ka kaam karte han.

Agar aap apne pait ki fat ko kahtam karna chahte han to aap ball excercise start karen. Aap jameen par seedhe let jayen. Ab apne haathon me ball le len. Aur apne dono pairon ko upar uthayen. 

Ab apne pairon me ball ko pakden aur pairon ko neeche le ja kar wapis upar layen. Iske baad dubara ball haathon me le le. Is step ko 12 baar repeat karen.

 

♥ 10th step/ Jogging aur morning walk jaruri-

 

Pait ki fat ko kam karne me sabse jayda pasand jo kiya jata hai aur effective bhi hai wo hai subh-subh morning bwalk aur jogging. Agar aapko jogging me koi problem ho to aap tez chaal se walk bhi kar sakte han. 

Jab aap regularly tez chalte han to aapko fat ki problem kabhi nahi aayegi. isse aap apne pait ki bahdti charbi se nijat paa sakte han.
