100 gram aanvle me 1.2 miligram loha(Iron), 0.2 miligram nicotinik acid hota hai. Iske alawa amla vitamin C ka pramukh srot hota hai. 


Amle ki khas baat hai ki ye apko season aur bina season dono me milta hai, season me aap ise kachcha kha skte hn aur bina season me ise sukhakar kaam me le skte hn.

Dono hi sthiti me aanvla guno se bharpur hi rhta hai. Sukhne ke baad bhi iske vitamin jyon ke tyon rahte hn.
