Directly point par hi approximately three minutes ke liye finger se pressure penetrate karen. Jab aap each point par pressure apply karte hain to iska different points par effect padta hai. Jaise some points tense, aur kisi points par pain feel hota hai.

Any points par kitna pressure apply karna hai ye apki fitness par depend karta hai. Pressure ke liye guidelines ye hain ki pressure enough ho jisse pain itna ho ki hurts good. Yani apko us point par pleasant, pain aur pressure sab feel ho. 

Muscles ko jitna develop kiya jata hai, utna hi more pressure apko dena hoga. Jab aap pain aur sensitivity extreme feel karte hain tab apko pressure decrease kar dena hoga. Is pressure ko pleasant aur pain me balance karne tak ka apply karen. Acupressure me pain increase karna jaruri nahi hai.

Apki middle finger self-acupressure ke liye strongest aur longest finger hai. Apka thumb bhi strong part hai lekin jab aap finger se pressure dete hain tab sensitivity ke karan hands weak ho jate hain. Ya fir wo hurt feel hote hain. Isliye aap other tools jaise pencil eraser, a golf boal ya fir knuckles use kar sakte hain. 

Waise to aap full area malish se bhi relief paa sakte hain. Lekin direct finger se point hold kar pressure dena jyada best option hai. Thumb ka use skin surface se 90 degree angle par kiya jata hai. Isse slow aur more pressure diya jata hai. Agr skin ko pull karte hain to ye wrong hai.

Jis point aur area par aap pressure apply karte hain us par consciously aur gradually direct pressure den. Finger se pressure slowly apply aur release karen. Kyonki ye time tissues ke reaction dene ka time hota hai. Apka better concentration hona important hai. Kyonki jab aap points par apni finger ko move karte hain tab ye more effective treatment hota hai.

Different body parts par acupressure points ka effect-

Hamari body ke different part me differ pressure ki jarurat hoti hai.jab aap kisi point par pressure dalte hain aur wahan jyada pain ho to aap lightly use touch karen. Jaise calves, face aur genital areas jyada sensitive hote hain. Iske other side back, buttocks aur shoulders par jyada deeper pressure ki jarurat joti hai. full stomach me avoid karen. 

Self-acupressure tips-

Self acupressure ke liye aap comfortable, private environment choose karen. Jahan aap khud ko deep relaxation de sake. Jab aap apne points press karte hain tab apko fresh aur fit feel hota hai. Acupressure hamesha big meal before ya full stomach me avoid karen.

Kyonki full stomach me blood flow ruk jata hai.Aur apko nausea bhi ho sakta hai. Waise indigestion relief ke liye simply 1-2 points press kar sakte hain. Iced drinks ko especially winter me avoid karen. Kyonki extreme cold apke system ko weak bana sakta hai. Acupressure session ke time deep relaxation ke liye aap a cup of herbal tea le sakte hain. 

Better results ke liye-

Better results ke liye aap daily acupressure routine follow karen. Relief ke baad bhi main points par acupressure karte rahen. Isse future me apko koi health problem nahi hogi. Aap daily acupressure practice nahi kar sakte to bhi week me 2- times ise jarur follow karen.

Aap acupressure sessions ki limit one hour set karen. Ek point ko 2-3 minutes se jyada press na karen. Two or three months aap ise continue karen. Lekin long time karte hain to 10 minutes se more koi point press na karen. Abdominal aur face area par 15 minutes se jyada kaam na karen.

Acupressure bahut strong effective technique hai. Jab aap bahut jyada ye apply karte hain to more energy release hone ke karan apko nausea aur headache complications ho sakti hai.
