Is season me many diseases hone ke chances increase ho jate hain. Is rainy season me cold, flu aur throat infections aur stomach problems jyada hoti hain. Kyonki microorganisms ke liye sufficient moisture hota hai. Jo inhe grow hone me help karta hai.

Aur children in diseases ke prati easily susceptible ho jate hain. Isliye parents ko apne kids ki is mosam me khas dekhbhal karni chahiye. Morning ki shuruat garam water me ek chutki turmeric powder se karni chahiye.

Ye immunity ke liye bahut beneficial hai. To cahliye aaj hum khuch khs tips ke baare me baat karen jo hamare kids ki health ke liye beneficial hain.

Immunity-boosting foods that your children should have right now:

1.Vitamin C Rich Foods-

Seasonal veggies aur fruits me phytonutrients hote hain, jo infections aur bacteria se fight karte hain. jamun, cherries, guava aur peaches me vitamin C paya jata hai. 

2. Turmeric-

Turmeric best spice hai jo immunity ko strong karti hai. Isme curcumin present hota hai, jo great antioxidant hota hai. Ise apne kids ki diet me add karen. Aap apne children ko sone se pahle milk me saffron, pinch of turmeric mix karen. 

3. Mushrooms-

Mushrooms full of Vitamin D hote haain. Ye immunity boost karte hain. Aap children ko different forms me mushrooms serve kar sakte hain. Jaise soups, sandwiches or mixed in veggies. 

4. Milk(dairy products)-

Children ko yummy milkshakes, smoothies aur fruit-flavored yogurt de sakte hain. 1 glass milk unki immunity ko boost karta hai.

5. Nuts and Dy fruits-

Immunity boosting ke liye fruits aur nuts effect karte hain. Dry fruits me almonds aur cashew children ko bahut nice lagte hain. Ye sirf vitamins ke source hi nahi hain balki antioxidants bhi hote hain. Jo kids energy level ko boost karte hain.

6. Hot soups-

Soup best food hota hai. Soups me immune-boosting spices jaise onion, ginger, pepper aur cloves aur garlic hote hain. Ye monsoon time ke liye best food hain.

Ye sab body ko warm rakhte hain. Jo infections aur bacteria se fight karti hai. Vegetable, green leafy, chicken aur meat aap soup me add kar unhe more nutritious bana sakte hain. 

7. Basil leaves-

Basil ek medicinal herb hai. Ye allergy aur various infections ko treat karne me use kiya jata hai. Tulsi leaves me immune boosting aur antifungal aur antibacterial property hoti hai. Few leaves ko wash kar len. Unhe crush karen. Ab iska paste bana len.

Isme some drops honey bhi mix kar len. Apne children ko morning me iska 1 spoon den. Kyonki honey me bhi antioxidant aur antimicrobial property hoti hai, isliye ye infections se fight me help karta hai.
