Understanding Cholesterol Symptoms, Types And Medications In Hindi

Hamare dil ki beemari ka ek bahut bada reason Cholesterol hai. Isiliye hamare doctors hame kam fat wali diet lene ko kahate hain. Is diet se hamara cholesterol control me rahega. Waise research me ye pata chla hai ki cholesterol ke badhne me diet ka koi khas role nahi hota.

Cholesterol kya hai aur iska hamare heart ki beemari me kya role hai. Aaj hum is post me ye hi baat karenge. Cholesterol ko control karne ke liye kaisi diet leni chahiye, ye bhi dekhenge.

Cholesterol kya hai-

Ye dekhne me wax jaisa hota hai. Ye hamari body cells me paya jata hai. Kya aap jante hain cholesterol hamare digestion aur nurvous system me help karta hai. 80% nirmaan iska liver me hota hai. Baki ka 20% hame bhojan se milta hai. Iska color yellow hota hai.

Extra cholesterol blood vessels me jakar jam jata hai. Jisse blood vessels sankuchit ho jati hai. Isse blood circulation ruk jata hai. Aur heart attack ka sbse bada reason banta hai.

  • Ye cells ki outer layer ko banata hai.
  • Ye sunrays ko vitamin D me change karta hai.
  • Fat me soluble vitamins(A, D, E, K) metabolism ke liye cholesterol bahut jruri hai.

Ye 2 types ka hota hai-

  • LDL(low-density lipoprotein)-
  • Ye hamare liye sahi nahi hota. LDL cholesterol ko liver se cells me le jata hai. Agr ye jyada ho jata hai to cells me jama hone lagta hai. Aur dheere-dheere blood vessels ko narrow kar deta hai.
  • Aisi situation me blood circulation me problems start hone lagti hai. Yahi heart diseases aur strokes ka  bada reason banta hai. 
  • HDL(high-density lipoprotein)-
  • Ise doctors sahi mante hain. Is situation me heart diseases aur strokes ka danger kam ho jata hai. Ye cholesterol ko wapis cells se liver me le jata hai. Yahan ya to ye break ho jata hai ya fir waste material ke roop me body se bahar ho jata hai.

Cholesterol hone par len ye diet-

  • Heart aur liver fit rakhne ke liye balanced diet bahut jaruri hai.
  • Sugar ki jagah honey aur gud ko apni diet me shamil karen.
  • Hamesha sweets ko apni thali se dur rakhen.
  • Hamesha khana khane ke baad walk jarur karen. Alsi, sunflower seeds, peas, green vegetables etc khanyen. Rojana 40-60 minutes ki walk jarur karen. 
  • Almond, alsi, fishes aur sarson ka tel ye sab me omesga-3 present hota hai. Inme folic acid bhi hota hai jo cholesterol ko control karta hai.
  • Fibre se bhrpur bhojan ka sewan karen. Jaise genhu, bajra aur jwar etc. Sprouts, daliya aur daalon me fibre hota hai. Roti hamesha chokar wale aate ki banayen.
  • Apna weight control rakhen. Smoking aur kisi bhi tarah ke nashe se hamesha dur rakhen.
  • Apni neend puri len.
  • Khane ke 1 hr baad simple ya gunguna pani peyen.
  • Soyabean oil, lahsun aur onion jarur khayen.
  • Cholesterol hone ke chances-
  • Males me females ki jagah high cholesterol ka khatra jyada rahta hai.
  • Agr apki family me pahle se kisi ko ye beemari hai to apko bhi iske chances badh jate hain.
  • Jin females me menaupose jaldi ho jata hai unhe bhi iske badhne ka khatra badh jata hai.
  • Jaise-jaise age badhti hai uske saath iske chances bhi badh jate hain.
  • Hypertension, kidney diseases, liver diseases wale patients ko bhi cholesterol ka khatra rahta hai.

Cholesterol medicine ke side effects-

  • Abdominal pain hona
  • Chakkar ana(Dizziness)
  • Constipation hona
  • Heartburn yani acidity hona 
  • Allergic reaction hona
  • Memory loss hona.

To doston, dekha apne ki agr aap pahle se hi apni lifestyle change kar len to aap healthy rahenge. Verna beemari koi bhi ho wo kisi ke liye bhi achchi nahi. 1 beemari aati hai to wo apne saath 1000 beemari lati hai. Balanced diet lijiye, exercise ko apne jeevean me shamil kijiye. Aur fit and fine rahiye.
