1. Do Regular Exercise:

Healthy pregnancy ke liye constipation se nijat pane ke liye aap light exercise karen. Regular exercise jo apke doctor ne apko batayi hain. Early days me aap dailt kam se kam 2 times 20 minutes aur baad me ise badha bhi sakte hain. Isse apka digestion best hone lagta hai.

Aap apne baby ko janam dene wali hain. Isliye apko khud ko healthy rakhna bahut jaruri hai. Some women swimming aur some walking ko karne me easy hoti hain

2. Eat Rich-Fiber Food:

Apko apne daily Diet rich-fiber leni chahiye. Jaise broccoli, sprouts, avocados, blackberry, raspberries, pearl barley, bran flakes aur oatmeal. Agr apko ye sab nahi available hai to aap oatmeal-raspberries-yogurt-smoothie khud bana kar le sakti hain.

3. Drink Lots of Fluid:

Apki intestine ko waste material out karne ke liye fluids jyada chahiye. Aur jab aap pregnant hoti hai hai, khas taur se morning sickness ke time aap kam fluids lete hain. Aapko daily 10-12 glass fluid bahut jaruri hai. Caffeine ko kam karen aur water ko jyada se jyada sewan karen.

Aap canned juice ko replace karen aur natural fruit juice ka sewan karen. Daily small glass prune(dried plum) juice apke liye bahut healthy hoga. Iska option aap cranberry juice bhi use kar sakte hain. 

4. Monitor Vitamins and Supplements:

Pregnancy ke time apni diet par focus karen. Ye dekhen ki apki dailt diet me vitamins, minerals and supplements full hon. Too much calcium and too much iron constipation ka main cause hai.

Dirt good amount of protein ho. At least raw aur cooked veggies several cups hon. Veggies bhi many color me hon. Apki diet me fruits ko add karen. 

5. Eat Smaller Meals:

Pregnancy ke time ye dhyan rakhen ki jab bhi apna food len tab ek saath jyada na khayen. Aisa karne se apko heartburn bhi ho sakta hai. Hamesha kam khayen aur slow khayen.

Apne digestive system ko without heartburn ke food digest karne me help karen. Agr aap 3 large meals lene ki jagah 6 small meals lete hain to ye apki body ke liye positive act hoga. 

6. Ask Your Doctor:

 Jab bataye gaye koi bhi tips aur suggestions se 3 or more days constipation me help nahi kare to apne doctor se consult karen. Apne doctor ke prescription ke bina aur kuch try na karen. Aisa karne se aap other problem create kar lenge.
