Menopause tab start hota hai jab ek woman 12 months tak periods nahi aate. AUr women naturally pregnant nahi hoti. Usually menopause 45-55 age ke beech hota hai. Ye isse pahle aur baad me bhi ho sakta hai. Menopause ke karan uncomfortable symptoms hote hain. Jaise ki weight gain, Feeling hot sensation etc. Mostly women ko medical treatment ki jarurat nahi hoti.

Women me menopause ki maiden age 51 ke kareeb hoti hai. Menopause start hone ke kai factors hote hain. Isme genetic aur ovary health include hai. Perimenopause menopause se pahle start ho jata hai.

  • progesterone-

Ye female me hone wala sex hormone hai jo ovary me hota hai. ye menstrual cycle ka main part hota hai. Ye pregnancy ko maintain karta hai. Iska main job uterus ko pregnancy ke liye ready karna hai. Ye men’s me bhi hota hai lekin iska amount unme small hota hai jo sperm development karte hain.

  • luteinizing hormone (LH)-

ye hormone men aur women me reproductive system ko control karta hai. LH amout blood me ye indicate karta hai ki apki reproductive health kaisi hai.

  • Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)-

Ye hormone bhi reproductive system me important role karta hai. Ye ovarian follicles ki growth ke liye responsible hai.

How is menopause diagnosed

menopause 45 year of age or isse younger age me bhi ho sakta hai. Waise to menopause ka koi single diagnose test nahi hai. lekin fir bhi apka doctor apke blood me hormone level ka test jarur karte hain.

Usually FSH test kiya jata hai. Apke symptoms, health history aur blood test se hi menopause ke baare me diagnose hota hai.

Iske alawa kuch aur bhi common test hai jinse menopause confirm hota hai-

  • liver function test-isme apke blood me liver me protein, liver infection jaise hepatitis, liver enzymes ka level check karke apki health ko determine karne me help karta hai.
  • thyroid function test-Isme apka thyroid level check kiya jata hai. 
  • blood lipid test-Ek complete cholesterol test full lipid profile kahlata hai. Apka doctor isse apka bad aur good cholesterol diagnose karta hai.
  • kidney function test– Apki spine ke dono side apki kidneys locate hoti hain. Ye apki health me several roles play karti hain. Sabse important job blood se waste material filter karke urine ke dwara expel yani bahar karti hain.
