1.Take 30 seconds to breathe-be happy-

Apne happiness level ko increase karne ke liye vacation plan Karen. Jab aap vacation par jate hain, tab aap logon se milte hain. nye places dekhte hain. aur ye sab apko happiness deta hai.

8.Get in a good workout to be happy-

Workout only body ke liye hi best nahi hota balki ye apko inner happiness deta hai. Ye apke brain health ke liye bhi best way hai.

Jab aap workout karte hain tab apko sweating hoti hai, endorphins release hota hai. Isse immediately apka happiness level up hota hai.

9.Challenge youself to be happy-
