EYE CARE MISTAKES YOU DON’T KNOW YOU’RE MAKING

Doston, eyes hamare liye kitni anmol hain, ye to ap jante hi honge. Hum sabko eye care hamesha karni chahiye. Eye ke bina hamari duniya andheri hai. Hum sab apni daily life me bahut se aisi habits rakhte hain jisse hamari eyes me problem create hoti hai. Eye care karna hamare liye important hai.

Kabhi hum sunglasses ke bina sun me chale jate hain. Aur hum contact lenses ke saath hi shower me chale jate hain. isi tarah hum kitne harmful action karte hain jo hamari eye care me problem karte hain.

Hume lagta haiki jo hum kar rahe hain wo hamari eyes ke liye completely harmless hai. Lekin yahi actions eyes ko more damage karti hain. Jab hamari eyesight yani vision ki baat aati hai to prevention hi important hai.

Major prbolems ko prevent karne ke liye few easy, simple aur small steps main lekar aayi hun.

Agr aap ye steps follow karte hain to aapko eye care me koi problem nahi ayegi. 

Few steps for eye care-

  • rubbing your eyes
  • going out without sunglasses
  • using expired solution, lenses, or drops
  • using anti-redness eye drops
  • sleeping in your contact lenses
  • staring at electronic devices for hours at a time

1. Rubbing your eyes-

Kai baar hamari eyes me kuch dust particles chale jate hain tab hum unhe rub kar lete hain. Eyes ko touch karna aur rub karna harmful ho sakta hai. Aisa hum tab karte hain thak jate hain. Ya jab hum morning me jagte hain tab bhi.

Aise me apko eyes rub karne ki jagah unhe outside se hi touch karna chahiye. Us waqt eyelids close rakhni chahiye. Jab aap jyada hard rub karte hain tab apki blood vessels broken ho jati hain. Aur unme inflammation aa jati hain. 

Apni eyes ko kabhi bhi rub na karen kyonki-

  • eyes mucous membrane-moist tissues se protect rahti hai
  • ye easily dirt and germs ko collect kar leti hain
  • isliye ye bacteria ko rokne ka great place hai.

2. Going out without sunglasses-

Summer me jab sunny weather hota hai to aap sunglasses use karen. Bina sunglasses ke bahar jana apki eyes ke liye harmful hai. Sunlight sensitivity jise phophobia kahte hain, ko aap naturally treat kar sakte hain.

Apko sirf apni eyes ki sunlight me better care karni hogi. Jab aap strong sunlight me jate hain to apki eyes use handle nahi kar pati. Unme apko irritation feel hone lagta hai.

Youngsters aur working population majority me contact lens ka use karte hain. Lekin inke saath sleep karna sahi nahi hai.

3. Using expired solution, lenses, or drops-

The expired solution, lenses, or drops use karna hamari eyes ke liye harmful hota hai. Hamesha kuch bhi use karne se pahle uski expired date jarur check kar len. Ye solutions lenses ke bacteria ko kill karte hain. Isliye ye sure karen ki wo expire nahi hai. Agr apko lage ki wo expired hai to quickly change kar len. Agr apko wo solution simple dikh raha hai tab bhi use use na karen.

Kam se kam eyes me to inka use kabhi na karen. Isse apko dangerous situation ko face akrna padgea. Apki eyes me bhi big problem create ho jayegi. Jab date check kiye bina hum medicines eyes me use akrte hain to unme irritation start ho jati hai. Aur ye future me bigger problem ban sakti hai.

4. Using anti-redness eye drops-

Eyes me infections aur allergies se instant relief ke liye hum eye drop aur eye medication use karte hain. Lekin ye sahi nahi hai. Small irritations big infection ho sakta hai. Iske liye only doctors hi suggest kar sakte hain. Drugstore se li gayi eyedrops me vasoconstrictors ho sakte hain, jo blood vessels aur eye appear ko less kar dete hain.

In drops me preservatives aur chemicals bhi hote hain, ye hamari eye problems ko long run tak worse kar dete hain. Agr apki eyes me long term tak redness rahti hai to aap apne doctor se quick consult karen.

5. Sleeping in your contact lenses-

Jab aap contact lenses ke saath bed par chale jate hain tab apke cornea me oxygen ki kami ho jati hai. Oxygen reduces ke karan bacteria growth ke chances increase ho jate hain. Unme infection hone ka dar rahta hai.

Jab aap short nap(छोटी झपकी) len to aap apne lenses remove kar len. Lekin agr aap inhe remove nahi karte to lenses me artificial lubricant use karen aur 30 minutes baad inhe remove kar den.

 6. Staring at electronic devices for hours at a time-

Jab aap kai hours electronics devices par kaam akrte hain to blue light ke contact me ate hain. Ye devices jaise smartphones, tablets, computers aur televisions. Some doctors ka kahna hai ki ye blue light ultraviolet rays ke roop me dangerous hoti hai. Every 20 minutes baad, 20 seconds break aur 20 feet dur kaam karen.

Ye 20-20-20 rule hamesha yaad rakhen. Isse apko headache aur eye strain me help milegi. Hamesha yaad rakhen eyes hain to apki life hai. Eyes ka healthy rahna apki health ke liye bahut important hai. Eyes ko sufficient rest ki jarurat hoti hai.
