Gud (Jaggery) Khane Ke Fayde in Hindi( Benefits of Jaggery)

Gud ko sardi me khane ka apna alg hi mza hai, sardi ritu me gud jarur khayen aur swasth rhen. Khana khane ke baad aur raat ko sone se phle gud khayen.

Gud sirf munh ka swad badhane ke liye nahi balki fit rhne ke liye bhi jaruri hai.

Doston apne ye to suna hi hoga ki gud purana achcha hota hai.

Jitna purana hota hai, utna hi jyada gunkari aur prabhavkari hota hai.

Jaggery me bahut saare tatv paye jate hn, jaise iron, carbohydrate, sodium, zink, magnesium aadi.

Gud ke upyog:-

 

1.Gud ki chai (Tea) labhkari:-

 

*Sbse pahle paani ubalen. Aur fir uble paani me kaali-mirch (Black Peeper), saunth (Ginger) ko ¼ chammach peeskar dalen.
Kuch der ke baad purane gud ki 20 gram daalen.

Jb jaggery puri trh pighal jaye to 4 tulsi ki leaves daalen.

Aur fir utar kar chaan len. Ye jaggery ki chai apka sardi se bachav karegi.

Sardi Me Araam:-

 

*Ghee,gud aur saunth(dry ginger) brabr matra me len.

In dono ko milakar gungune pani ke saath lene se sardi se bachaav hota hai.

*Agr sardi se ya dusre kisi karan se apke gale me khrash ho gyi ho.

Saath hi gla baith gya ho to 2 kali mirch(black peeper), 50 gram gud ke saath len. Apko turant rahat milegi.

Jukam Me Fayda:-

 

*Agr apko jukam ho gya ho aur apki naak bahne lage aur sar dard hone lge.

Aise waqt bhi apko ye jaggery ki chai (Tea) bahut aaram deti hai.

2.Shakti-Sfurti:-

 *Sardi me daal-bati me jaggery milakar churma banayen. Ise khane se shareer me nayi shakti paida hoti hai.
*Gehun ke aate aur gud se rabdi(राबड़ी ) bnakar khayen to shakti milti hai.
Aap chahe to isme badam, kaju, aur meva bhi daal len.

3.Pachan durust:-

*Khana khane ke baad jaggery khayen. Saath til milakar khane se bhojan jaldi pchta hai aur bhukh bhi adhik lagti hai.

4.Chmkti twacha:-

*Subah breakfast ke waqt jaggery ka halua khane se shareer swasth hokar chehare me chamak aati hai.

5.Loose motion me aaram:-

 

*Agr apke ghar me kisi ko bahut patle dast lag rahe ho aur tej bukhar ho.  Asi sthiti me shareer me paani ki kami aa rahi ho.
To jaggery ke paani me lemon juice milakar sewan karen. 
Isse bahut jaldi aaram milta hai.

6.Asthma se nijat:-

*Agr kisi ko asthma ki beemari ho aur kaf ki matra badh gayi ho. To jaggery ki choti dali ke saath adrak len.
In dono ko gugune paani ke saath lene se kuch dinon me araam hoga.

7.Pragnant lady ke liye labhkari:-

   
    *Bchche ke janam ke baad kabhi-kabhi pregnant mahila ko dikkat             aati hai. Ye uterus ki puri tarah safai na hone ki vajah se ho jati han.
 
     Isliye bachche ke janam ke 3 din baad maa ko jaggery ke paani me      saunth milakar pila sakte hain.

8.Chot me araam:-

 
   
     *Apke shareer me kahin bhi chot ya mocha aa gayi ho aur wahan             blood clot yani lahu jam gya ho.
 
     To aise me jaggery aur chuna milakar lgane se jarur aaram                  milega.

9.Vomiting(ulti) me rahat:-

 
     
     *Kisi karan apka sar chakrata ho ya ulti(vomit) aa rahi ho to. To              paani me jaggery aur jra sa adrak ka ras milakar peene se rahat milti        hai.

10.Allery me fayda:-

     
  • Kisi ke shareer par fode-funsi(फोड़े-फुंसी) ya kisi trh ki koi gaanth         ho gyi ho.
  • Aise me jaggery me jra si haldi (turmeric) aur chuna milakar baandh dene se whan jaldi aaram milega. 

11.Pet me keede:-

  • Kuch bachchon ke pet me keede paida ho jate hn.
  • To aisi halat me aap apne bachche ko gugune paani me jra sa jaggery gholen.
  • Fir is ko ghol kar usme shudh desi ghee 2 drop daalen.
  • Fir bachche ko pilayen. 2-3 din baad ye keede bahar nikal jayenge.

12.Body fit:-

  • Agr koi bahut jyada slim yani patla hai to 2 potato ubalen.
  • Unka chilka utar kar use kaddukas(Grate) karen.
  • Fir usme jaggery milakar sewan karne se apka 1 month me hi weight bdh jayega.

13.Sundrta bdhata hai:-

  • Gud apko beautiful hone me bhi help karta hai.
  • Haath aur pairon ke hairs remove karne ke liye yani waxing me gud ka upyog hota hai.
 
 

  Gud khane me savdhaniyan:-

 
1.Pregnant mahila ko kabhi bhi gud na khilayen, agr khilana hi ho to bahut kam matra me sewan krayen.
2.Hmare blood me vicar(विकार) aur rakt srav(रक्त- स्राव) ki sthiti me gud khana theek nahi hai.
 
3.Dudh ke saath kabhi bhi jaggery nahi khana chahiye.
 
4.Ek saath jyada matra me gud kabhi nahi khana chahiye.

  1. Good information , we have just forgotten our old Indian remedies due to fast foods . Must keep on writing and send me reminder as well ,just waiting for few more seasonal tips.
