Saath hi processed foods avoid karna, enough sleep lena aur stress reduce karne me bhi help karta hai. To chalaiye aaj hum kuch khas tips ke baare me baat karte hain jo hame healthy life ke liye kaam karte hain.

Healthy Eating and Exercising Alone isn’t Enough to Prevent Disease-

Do:

  • avoid hydrogenated
  • reduce stress
  • drink plenty of water
  • get enough sleep
  • avoid processed foods

1. avoid hydrogenated and trans fats-

Hydrogenated aur trans fats, jo ki health ke liye highly processed hote hain inhe avoid karen. Hydrogenation wo process hai jisme polyunsaturated oils ko room temperature par hard karta hai. Inke chemical structure ke karan body ke liye ye excrete karne me difficult hai. Ye blood circulation me bhi stuck ho jata hai. Isse cardiovascular disease aur cancer ka risk increase ho jata hai. 

2. reduce stress-

Hamesha stress se dur rahen. Agr aapko bahut tension hai to apko many health problems ho sakti hain. Jaise ki high blood pressure, weak immune system, anxiety, heart disease, digestive problem, sleep problems, depression aur obesity

Apne stress ko kam karne ke liye apko happiness ko life me add karna hoga. Daily 2 baar 15 minutes ke liye practice karen aur happy rahen. Deep breathe len, prayer aur yoga karen.

3. drink plenty of water-

Agr aap apne body weight ka half paani nahi pi rahe to aap dehydrated ho jayenge. Dehydration se back pain, migraine, asthma, high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, heartburn aur arthritis ka risk increase ho jata hai. Isliye ye apke liye important hai ki aap enough water drink karen aur healthy rahen.

Ek bottle bhar kar rakhen aur din bhar me 3-4 liter paani jarur piye. Aap is bottle me a lemon, some sliced cucumber aur mint leaves ki add karen. Aur ise din bhar sip karen. Aap iske saath hi herbal teas, coconut water, water-based soups bhi add kar sakte hain.

4. get enough sleep-

Sabhi peoples ko enough sleep bahut jaruri hai. Aapko healthy rahne ke liye stress-free sleep jaruri hai. Jab aap enough sleep nahi le sakte to apko many health problems ho sakti hai. Jaise weight gain, daytime fatigue, hypertension, irritable mood, cancer, irregular heartbeat aur weak immune system. 

Jab aap enough sleep lete hain to apki skin health aur youthful appearance bhi hoti hai. Ye hamare hormones balance me help karti hai. Enough sleep se insulin control karne ka role karta hai. Isse cell division ko promote karti hai. 

5. avoid processed foods-

Processed foods me phosphate additives hote hain. Inse kidney failure, aging aur bones weak ho jati hain. Inke sewan se apka mind refined salt aur sugar ko resist karne me unable ho jata hai. Aur jab aap junk food khate hain tab apko obesity, diabetes, cancer aur many health problems hone lagti hain.

Hamesha processed foods ko avoid karen. Kyonki processed foods aur supplements me titanium hydroxide, magnesium stearate, hydrogenated oils aur artificial colors hote hain. Aap inhe kabhi apni diet me add na karen. 

Don’t:

  • eat sugar
  • avoid alcohol 
  • use sunscreen

1. Do not eat sugar-

Sugar ko hum various names se jante hain. Jaise sucrose, fructose, lactose, glucose, cane juice, caramel aur fruit juice concentrate. Sugar other me bhi paya jata hai jaise, many kinds of cereal, supplements, fruit juices, sodas, energy aur sports drinks etc. Iske saath hi pastries, cookies, ice creams, candy aur frozen yogurt. 

Refined sugar apki body ko nutrients nahi deti. Iske sewan se apki body me nutritional deficiency jarur ho jati hai. Jaise magnesium, vitamin C aur potassium. Isse apke immune system par negative effect hota hai. Refined sugar se mood fluctuations, adrenal glands(stress organ), weight management hone lagta hai. Isse diabetes, heart disease aur bacterial infections hone lagte hain.

2. avoid alcohol-

Alcohol aur drugs apke body system ko affect karte hain. Isse coma aur death bhi ho sakti hai. Inse some major damages bhi hone lagte hain. Jaise decreased appetite, malabsorption aur malnutrition. Inka excess drink karna apke pancreas sko damage kar deta hai.

Iske saath hi blood vessels me swelling aane lagti hai. Isse diabetes ka risk badh jata hai. Alcohol liver cells ko damage karne lagti hai. Isse apka immune system weak ho jata hai. Ise apni life se avoid karen. Isse dur rahkar aap healthy life jee sakte hain. 

3. Do not use sunscreen-

Skin ko sun me expose karna human body ke liye important hai. Lekin jab ise avoid karte hain to aap vitamin D neglect ho jata hai. Vitamin D, diet aur exercise human health ke liye important hai. Jab hamari body me vitamin D ki deficiency ho jati hai to cancer risk badh jata hai.

Iske saath hi heart disease, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis aur other many disease ka risk bhi increase ho jata hai. Hamari skin ke liye sunlight naturally 90% vitamin D produce karti hai. Isliye jab bhi possible ho 20 minutes daily sunlight ke contact me aayen.

Summary-

Great health koi guaranteed nahi hoti. Lekin agr aap upar bataye gaye tips ko follow karen to healthy life jee sakte hain. Aap apni body me jo bhi intake karte hain uske liye alert rahen. Ye hamesha notice karen ki aap wahi khayenge jo apke liye healthy hai.

Hydrogenated fats avoid karen, enough sleep len, processed foods ka sewan na karen. Isse apka stress reduces hoga. Kyonki jab aap healthy life start karte hain tab apka mind aur body bhi healthy bante hain.
