1. Flax seeds(अलसी)-

Flax seeds high in fiber hote hain. Ye digestion me helpful hai. Flax seeds proper fat aur sugars ko absorb karta hai. Flax seeds diabetes me sugar level ko reduce karta hai. Alsi seeds every day empty stomach hot water se len. 

  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed powder every morning sewan karen

2. Basil leaves(तुलसी)-
