  • 2-3 pounds weights
  • Resistance bands
  • 5 pounds weights
  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga blocks and strap

Hahaha seriously yahi sab apko buy karna hai. Ye sab isliye ki apko stronger bane rahne ke liye chahiye. Ye aap ek baar buy kar len aur forever apke paas honge.

Inhe aap use kar basket me rakh den, jisse jab bhi need ho apko ye easily mil saken.

2. Space-

Apko work at home ke liye space ki bhi need hogi. 1. Temporary, 2. Permanent

Lekin aap stress nalen. Koi baat nahi agr apke paas lots of space nahi bhi hai to. Aap temporary space create kar sakti hain. ye apki coffee table bhi ho sakti hai.

Ye space apki yoga mat ke baraber bhi ho sakta hai. AUr agr apke paas enough space hai to aap permanant worout space bhi create kar sakte hain. Apni yoga mat lagayen aur apne equipment wahan rakh len. 

Khud ko motivate karne ke liye bhi aap wahan par pictures laga sakte hain.

3. COmmit-

Ghar par workout karna convenient to hai, lekin iske saath ye apke liye challenging bhi hai. Kyonki jab aap ghar hote hain tab apke samne bahut se aur bhi kaam aa jate hain. Jaise ( like your laundry, dishes, work, email, pets, kids, etc).

Isliye ye jaruri hai ki agr aap workout at home choose karte hain to apko apne liye time nikalne ko commit hona hoga.

Some easy ways to help you commit include-

  • Scheduling your workouts in your calendar and treating them like appointments, jisse aap regular kar saken
  • Setting reminders on your phone to remind you to workout, taki miss na ho
  • Getting an accountability buddy (someone to check in with), isse apka motivation bhi bana rahega and
  • Writing down your goals somewhere jise aap everday dekh saken. Aur apko remember rahe ki aap healthy bane rahne ke liye exercising ko commit hai.
