Some points remember while introducing solids to your baby:

  • Jab aap apne baby ko solids se introduce karte hain to simple food se start karen.
  • Jo food baby ko easily digest ho jaye.
  • Iska best option pureed foods haim.
  • 1 tbsp a day se start karen aur fir ise increase karen
  • Apne baby ko forcefully food na den.
  • Agr apka baby food se apna face turn kar le tab use na den.
  • 1 food hi at a time khilayen aur 3 days wait karen.
  • Ye dekhen ki usse koi allergy symptoms to nahi ho rahe.

1.carrot-beetroot soup-

Ingredients

  • Beetroot 1/2
  • Carrot 1/2
  • Ghee 1tsp

Method-

  • Wash beetroot and carrot thoroughly.
  • Pressure cook it.
  • Once cooked blend it together.
  • Add ghee and black salt. 

2. Apricot puree-

  • wash and peel an apricot
  • remove the pit and slice it 
  • now few drops of water ke saath apricot slice ko boil karen 
  • ab iski smooth paste banayen aap isme few drops breastmilk bhi add kae sakte hain. 

3. Oats Upma:

Ingredients-

  • mashed oats 1/2 cup
  • fresh tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • water 1/2 cup

Method:

  • minimum water me oats 2 minutes mash karen
  • ab pressure cooker len, isme mash oats add karen
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree add karen
  • ghee aur water bhi daalen
  • pressure cook it for 2 whistles.

4. Banana and sweet potato mash:

Ingredients:

  • 1 peeled and cubed sweet potato 
  • ripe banana-1
  • milk(12 months and above) or breast milk 1 cup
  • lemon juice-1 tsp
  • ghee 2-3 drops
  • vanilla essence-1/2 tsp

Method:

  • pan me milk boil karen
  • milk me banana aur sweet potato add karen
  • ise boil karen jab tak sweet potatoes soft ho jayen.
  • Agr aap regular milk ko replace kar breastmilk add karen to pahle sweet potatoes ko boil kar len.
  • Inhe mix karen aur leave it 5 minutes.
  • Isse milk achi tarah absorb ho jayega.
  • Jab milk absorb ho jaye tab banana aur sweet potato mila len.
  • Is mixture ko bowl me transfer kar len.
  • Isko fork se mash karen aur fine paste bana len.
  • Isme vanilla essence aur lemon juice mix karen.
  • Serve karne se pahle isme ghee daal len, ye tasty ho jayega

5. Sooji kheer Baby Food:

Ingredients-

  • sooji rava 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 tsp elaichi(cardamom/nutmeg powder
  • dry fruits powder

Methods:

  • Tava par sooji ko roast karen
  • Another pan me 2 cup water boil karen
  • Ab boiled water me roasted sooji aad karen
  • jab water evaporate ho jaye to isme ghee add kar len
  • isme dry fruits aur elaichi/nutmeg add kar len
  • Aap isme breastmilk/formula milk serving se pahle add karen.

6. Khichdi with ghee:

Ingredients

  • a pinch of hing
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 2/3 cup rice
  • 1/3 cup moong dal

Method:

  • rice wash aur soak karen
  • dal ko 1 hr water me bhigo den
  • pressure cooker me dal, rice, hing aur 2 cup water daalen
  • 3 whistles bajayen
  • pressure release karen 
  • ab isme ghee daalen
  • ise apne baby ko after 9 months of age khilayen.

7. Rice Payasam recipe:

ingredients:

  • jaggery water as per need
  • ghee as per need
  • rice powder 3 tbsp

Method:

  • 1 glass water boil karen
  • ab isme rice powder add karen
  • iske baad jaggery water(soak a small piece of jaggery in water and strain it) daalen
  • continuously mix karen
  • 2 drops ghee add karen
  • rice ko nicely cook karen
  • cool hone par ye thick ho jayega.

8. Banana puree Baby Food:

Ingredients-

  • 1 small banana

Method:

  • peel a small banana 
  • ab ise fork ki help se mash ka
  • first, stage me ise khilane par thick lage to aap isme milk add kar sakte hain.
  • Ise aap breastmilk or formula milk ke saath serve kar sakte hain.
  • Ise baby ka first food breakfast bana sakte hain.

9. Avocado Puree:

  • jitni need water mix karen
