Salt  yani namak hamare bhojan ka ek khas bhag hai. Hamesha se hi hum log namak ka jyada sewan karte hain. Kuch peoples ko to ye lagta hai ki agr wo salt kam lenge to weakness aa jayegi.

Bhojan ke saath namak ka sewan karne ke karan hamari kidney ko bhi mushkil hoti hai. Isse kidney me peshab yani toilet ko banane me khasi mehnat karni padti hai. Hamari body me namak ki rojana 1/2 gm jarurat oti hai.Ye quantity hame kisi bhi 50gm vegetable se mil jati hai. Hum jo roz vegetables aur fruits khate hain unme uchit matra me namak maujud hota hai. Inme jarurat ke hisab se sodium aur chloride present hota hai. Is tarah hame roz jitna sodium chloride jaruri hai wo bhojan se hi mil jata hai.

Salt Jyada Khana Hanikarak-

Agar hum namak jyada khate hain to anek rog hone lagte hain. Jaise sleeplessness, headache, blood pressure, skin allergy, paralysis, half headache, tension, ear pain,liver ki problems aadi hone lagte hain.

Food experts ye batate hain ki salt ki body me jyada matra cancer ka karan bhi hota hai. EK doctor ne ek cancer patient ko salt aur sugar ka sewan band karaya. Kuch din baad uski cancer ki gaanth ka size kam hone laga. Salt ko white poison bhi kaha jata hai.

 Salt kiske liye jaruri- 

Jo log bahut jyada mehnat karte hain unko namak jyada lena chahiye. Kyonki jyada hard work karne walon ke paseene me namak nikal jata hai. Un logon ko namak ki matra kich jyada leni hoti hai. Unhe bhojan me extra namak ki jarurat hoti hai. Agr wo ise avoid karte hai to unhe weakness feel hogi. Iske saath hi unhe bodyache, weakness feel hoga.

Salt Ka Sewan Band Karne Ke Fayde-

Agr aap extra namak lena band karte hai to

  • apko neend fine ayegi. 
  • Blood pressure normal hoga.
  • Skin allergy theek hogi.
  • Aoki health bhi achchi rahegi.

Waise iska bilkul sewan band karna possible nahi hai. Lekin aap iski extra matra ko control kar sakte hai. Salad aur fruits, vegetables me upar se namak lena band kren. Hume natural bhojan ko usi roop me khane ki habbit dalni chahiye. Jaise amrood, watermelon, carrot, onion, radish, tomatoes me upar se salt nahi lena. 

Isse ek to salt ki matra balance hogi. Dusra hum natural taste ko enjoy kar payenge. Roti ke flour me, rice me kabhi bhi salt nahi dalna chahiye. 

To doston dekha apne salt ki jyada quantity hamre shareer ko kaise nuksaan karti hai. Apne bhojan me salt kam kare aur hamesha healthy rahen.
