1. Haldi wala :-

   

  • Haldi ko garm doodh ke saath peene se motapa kam hone se anchaha fat khatam hota hai. 
  •   Sardi, khansi aur jukam jaisi pareshani se bachne ke liye haldi wala doodh faydemand hota hai.
  •    Hamare liver ki safai haldi milk peene se hoti hai aur hamare blood me toxins ko dur karta hai.
