Periods yani females ko har month hone wali ek natural process hai. Is process me ladies ko kai tarah ki mushkil aati hain. Periods ana teenage me hi start ho jata hai. Waise ye bhi kah sakte hain ki periods ka ana ladies health ke liye jaruri bhi hai.

 

In dinon me har lady kuch galti karti hain. Aur yahi galti unke liye problem ban jati hai. Isi reason ke karan ladies ko headche, bodyache, bleeding aur sleeplessness etc problems aati hai. Is karan ladies ki daily routine disturb ho jata hai.

Aise waqt me unhe sahi solution nahi milta. Jiske karan problems badh jati hai. Wo inse bachne ke liye pain killers, pad use aur diet related galti karti hain. Ye unki health keliye sahi nahi hai.

  • Bahut mahilaon ko periods ke dauran neend theek se nahi aati. Is karan wo tension me aa jati hain. Periods ke waqt full rest ki jarurat hoti hai. Agr aap in dinon 7-8 hours ki full neend len to aap fresh feel karenge. Aap ye bhi jante honge ki jab hum neend lete hain tab hamara immune system strong hota hai. Aur isse hamari body bhi strong banti hai.

 

  • Rayon ya bleached cotton pad use karna-

  • Aapko pata hai ki periods ke waqt use hone wale pads me dangrous chemical aur pestisides mix hote hain. Ye rayon aur cotton se bne hote hain. In pads ko use karne se ladies me infertilty ki problem aa sakti hai. Isse bachne ke liye aap organic cotton pads ka use karen.

  • Pads change na karna-

  • Kai baar ladies morning me pads lagati hain. Iske baad use night me hi change karti hain. Iske karan infection ki problem badh jati hai. Is liye aap har 4 se 8 hours baad apne pads aur tampons jarur change karen. Agr aap kahin bahar ja rahe hain to manstrual cup jarur use karen. Ye 12 hours tak pahan sakte hain.

 

  • Scented products use karna-

  • Periods ke waqt jo blood niklta hai wo bahut badboo wala hota hai. Is bad smell se bachne ke liye ladies perfumes aur scented soaps, wipes, gel use karte hain. In sab fragrant products me chemicals aur synthetics mix hote hain.

 

  • Bina haath dhoye touch karna-

  • Bahut baar ladies bina haath dhoye pads or tampons change kar leti hain. Apki vagina ko infection aur bacteria free rakhne ke liye ye jaruri hai. Aap hamesha dhyan rakhen napkins aur pads change karne se pahle apne haath clean jarur karen. Ye jaruri hai ki jab bhi aap down touch kare apke haath saaf hon.

 

  • Iron ki kami hona-

 

  • Ye to aap jante hi hain ki periods ke waqt hamari body se blood bahar aata hai. Aur is kran iron ki kami hoti hai. Aise time apko iron ki kami ko pura karne me dhyan rakhna chahiye. Iron ki presense hame oxigen deti hai. Jis karan hamari body ko full energy milti hai. Is iron ki kami ko aap apni diet se pura kar sakte hain.

 

  • Jaise beans, red meat, spinach, oysters, dried apricot and iron supplements etc. Aur ek baat jarur dhyan rakhen ki apko ye sab lene ke baad bhi weakness feel to nahi ho rahi. Agr aisa hai to apne doctor se jarur consult karen. Kahin aap anemic(blood ki kami) to nahi ban rahe.

 

  • Snack jyada khana-

 

  • Ye bhi dekhen ki in dino kahin aap jyada snacks yani jyada salt wale chips to nahi kha rahe. Kyonki jitna jyada salt lenge utna jyada apko pani chahiye. Aur iske karan aap bad feel karenge.

 

  • Skip you workout-

 

  • Kahin aap in dino apni excercise to band nahi kar rahe. Research se ye bataya gaya hai ki jab aap workout karte hain to in dino me aapko help karta hai. Workout se apko psychological aur physical dono boost hote hain. Jo apko better feel karata hai. Isliye ise kabhi skip na karen.

 

  • You dont track your period-

 

  • Aap apne period dates ko kabhi na bhule. Bahut ladies apne period time ko ignore karti hain. Ye bilkul sahi nahi hai. Aajkal bahut se app aa rahe hain. Inki help se aap is process ko easy banata hai. Apne period cycle ko track kare jisse aap heavy flow aur pain level ko manage kar saken.

 

  • Blood color ko ignore karna-

 

  • Period time me blood color aur texture important hai. Aap chahte hain ki in dino blood bright red color ho. Agr apko blood color orange tint ya orange with red dikhe to doctor se consult karen. Kyonki iska reason hai ki aap infeced hain.Dark ek normal color hai.

  • Jab aap period time me hote hain tab apki body overtime work karti hai. Aise waqt me jyada work na karen. Agr aap aisa karte hai to apki body me problems start ho jayengi. Aap tension me jyada junk food khane lag jayenge. Ye apke liye aur bhi harmful hoga. Isliye aap ek real aur actual neend len. Jisme full body rest mil sake.
