♥ Swasth rahen:

Hm apse ye nahi khte ki aap kaam naa kren ya bhuke rhen, lekin din ke 24 ghnte me se agr aap sirf 1 gnta khud par lga len to aap hmesha swasth rhnge.

Lekin agr aap is aur laparwahi karte hn to motapa itna badh jayega ki fir aap use control hi nahi kar payenge. Samay rahte aap is aur dhyan den aur fit rahen. 

♠ Be careful:

Motapa ek aisi beemari hai jo akele nahi aati, ye apne saath anekon beemariyan laata hai. Itni ki aap ginti bhi na kar payen. Ek baar apke haath se apka swsthy nikal gya to fir dubara aapka swasth hona mushkil ho jayega.

♠ Motape se nimn beemariyan hoti hain:-


*High Blood Pressure

*Diabetes (madhumeh)

*Dil ki beemariyan aur stroke (Heart attack)

*Kidney ki beemari

*Anidra (Sleeplessness)  ki baamari

*Liver khrab hona(Liver damage)

*Kuch khas trh ke cancer

*Osteoarthritis (Jodon ke dard) ki beemari

To aaiye apko kuch kargar ayurvedic upay ke baare me btati hun. Jinko logon ne use kiya aur pura labh bhi paya hai:-

♣ Neembu Pani:

*Roj subah ek glass garam pani me nimbu nichod kar usme 1 chmmch shahad milakar agr aap niymit sewan karen to motape se nijat milegi.

*1 glass grm pani me 4 chmmch nimbu ka ras, 1 chmmch kali mirch powder aur 1 chmmch shahad milakr roz piye to motape me labh hoga.

♣ Breakfast jaruri:

*Aap subh nashta karna kabhi mat bhuliye, kyonki subh hme full energy ki jarurat hoti hai, kha bhi gya hai ki hr insaan ko subh ek king ki trh acha bhojan nashte ke rup me karna chahiye.

*Jb bhi aap bhojan karen to hr bite ya tukde ko 32 baar chaba-chaba kar khayen, taki puri laar hmare munh me bane aur hmara bhojan achi trh pach sake.

♣ Salad Jarur len:

*Khana khane se pahle plate bhar kar salad jarur khana chahiye, jisse aap roti ki matra kam khaye kyonki yhi adhik roti hi apke fat ka karan hoti hai.

*Bhojan hmesha grm hi khana chahiye, thnda bhojan pchne me bahut mushkil hoti hai. grm bhojan kahne se pachn sahi dhang se hota hai.

♣ pani ka sewan:

*khana khane ke turnt baad pani kbhi na piye. Kyonki jb hm khana khate hn to hmare amashy me uska ras bnta hai.  Aur wo jgh grm hoti hai. Agr hm use pani pikar thanda kar denge,  to hmara bhojan nahi pachega aur hme apach ki shikayt ho jayegi.

♣ Fresh Diet:

*Bhojan hmesha taja hi khayen naki fridge me thanda kiya hua, dbbabnd bhojan se bhi dur rhen.
har mosam ke fal aur sbzi hi khayen na ki store ki hui.

*Jyada tla-bhuna bhojan km khayen, isse vajan bhi bahdega aur acidity ki bhi smbhavna hogi.

* Isliye hamesha fresh diet len.

♣ Thali colorful:

*Apne khane me har cheej ko shamil kren jaise kuch meetha, kuch khtta, achar, salad, dahi aadi. Mere kahne ka matlab hai ki apki diet santulit honi chahiye.  Apki thali me rakha bhojan apke swasthy ka dost hona chahiye naa ki dushman.

*Khana khate hi kabhi naa soyen, 1/2 ghnta ghumna jarur chahiye taki khaya hua bhojan puri trh se pach ske.

* Har roz ye niym bnayen ki aap roz subh 30 minute jarur khule vatavaran me ghumne jayenge. Aur apne shareerik capacity ke hisab se exercise bhi karenge.

♣ Motape ko km karne ke vyayaam:-

*Ayurved ke anusaar suryast ke baad jaldi hi neend lena chahiye. Aur suryody se phle bister se uthna ache swasthy ki nishani hai.

*Rojana 1 se 3 km tk ki sair(walking).

*Pranayam, kapal-bhati, dhnurasan, sury namaskar, mayurasan, pavanmukta asan, butterfly aadi asan motape ke liye faydemnd hain.

♣ Neend Puri len:

*Apni umr ke anusaar neend puri jarur len. Kyon ki mana jata hai ki neend puri na hona bhi motape ke sbse bada karan hai.

♣ Sidhiyon ka pryog:

*Agr aap lift ka pryog karte hn to use band karen aur sidhiyon se jayen.  Isse apki calories burn hongi aur motape se nijat bhi.

♣ Diet par control:

*Ek saath jyada khana khane se bchen, pure din thode samay ke antral ke baad thoda-thoda bhojan kren taki apka vajan niyntrit rhega.

*Kbhi bhi khana t.v ke samne baith kar ya baaten karte waqt naa khayen.  Kyon ki hme apni bhuk ka pta nahi chlta aur hm bhuk se jyada kha jate hn.

♣ Be Happy:

*Hmesha khus rhne ki koshish karen, kyonki tension hona bhi motape ko bulata hai. Mann me kbhi chinta na kren aur mast rhe, bas apne khan-paan ka dhyan rkhen aur swasth rahen.

*Kuch log ekdm se vjn ghatane ke chkkar me dieting krte hn aur tb to vjn km ho jata hai. Lekin jaise hi dubara purani aadt apna lete hn, to phle se bhi jyada motape ka shikar bn jate hn.


♦ Vajan kam karte hue dhyan rakhen ye baaten:-

Aaj ke waqt me vigyapan ka bolbala hai, har trf vigyapan ka hi jaal hai. Kai companies vigyapan ke sahare logon ko advertisement dikhate hn. Aisa murkh bnate hn ki aapki jeb bhi khali hoti hai. Aur aisi dwa khakar apko side effect se kai beemariyan gher leti hn.

Kabhi bhi dusre ke body structure ki tulna me khud ko koi nuksaan na pahunchayen. Aur wahi kaam kren jisse apke shareer ko fyda ho. Hm dusre ki nkl me apne aap ko chot de dete hn. isliye sawadhan rhen aur khud se pyar karen.
