Aloo ke gun/आलू के गुण :-

Aloo sheetal, bhaari, madhur, mal aur mutra karak, kaf-nashak, bal-karak, vaat-karak, rakt-pitt nashak hota hai.

Potato me potassium, Calcium, magnesium, Carbohydrate, iron, vitamin A, C, Rriboflavin, Nniacin aadi tatv pryapt matra me paye jate hain. 

Mana jata hai ki aloo se shareer mota aur bhaari hota hai. lekin vaigyanikon ka kahna hai ki ye dharna galat hai.

Aloo me starch aur sugar ki matra kam aur pani ki matra adhik hoti hai, isliye iski calorie value itni nahi hoti ki motapa badh sake.

1.Potato aur lemon juice clear skin ke liye/साफ़ त्वचा के लिए –

  • Aloo ka ras 1 chammch, 2 chammch neembu ka ras aur 2 chammch multani mitti mila kar mix kar len.
  • Is mixture ko 10 minute ke liye face par rahne de.
  • Fir thande pani se dho len. Isse skin me nikhar aa jayega.

2.Potato aur lemon juice shiny skin ke liye/चमकती त्वचा के लिए-

  • Aloo ka maheen paste bna len.
  • Neembu ka satv 1 tsp.
  • aur 1 tsp. aloo ka paste mila len.

  • Ab iska mixture bna len.
  • Is pack ko 20 min. face par lga kr rakhen.
  • Isse apki dry skin mulayam ho jati hai.

8.Dead skin ka mask/मृत त्वचा के लिए-

  • Aloo ke ras ko apni skin par 20 minute lga kar rakhen.
  • Fir chehra dho len.
  • Iske baad apna face dho len.
  • Kuch din ke use se aap fark mahsus karenge.

9.Olive oil aur potato ka mask/त्वचा को पोषण-

  • Iske liye 1 medium size ka aloo len.
  • Use boil kren. Iska chilka utar len.
  • Fir ise mash kren.
  • 1 tsp. olive oil daalen.  
  • Kachcha milk 1 tsp daalen.
  • Fir iska mixture bna len.
  • Skin saaf krne ke baad 15 minute ise lgakar rakhen.
  • Fir garam pani se dho len.

10.Oily skin ke liye mask/तैलीय त्वचा के लिए-

  • Aloo ka ras aur neembu ka ras aur
  • 1/2 tsp. honey daalen.
  • Ise face aur neck par lgayen.
  • Lagbhag 10 min. baad dho len.
  • Isse oily skin ka extra oil nikal jata hai.

11.Nice skin ke liye mask/सुंदर त्वचा के लिए-

  • 1 boiled mash potato len.
  • Isme 2-3 tsp. apple juice mila len.
  • Iska paste bnakar chehre par lga len.
  • 10-15 min. ke baad cold water se wash kren.
  •  Apki skin attractive hogi.
