Radish(muli) ke khas health Benefits/Fayde Aur upyogi gun in hindi

Har badalte mosam ke saath nature ne insaan ko anek jeevan upyogi uphaar diye hn. hmare khaan-pan ke liye bahut cheejen nature me hn. Inme se hi sheet ritu ka uphaar radish hai, muli beshak ek chota naam hai.

Lekin is chote se name me gunon ka bhandaar hai. 

Radish sirf swadisht hi nahi hoti, balki hmare swasthay ke liye bahut labhkari hai.

Isliye muli khana na sirf swad ko bdhana hai blki ise khaane se anek rogo se nijat milti hai.

 Aaiye aaj muli ke baare me vistaar se jante hain:-

 

India ke sbhi bhagon me muli ugati hoti hai, ye nature ka vardan hai. Ye vridhavastha(antiageing) me hone wale rogon se khas bchati hai.

Radish me sulpher, phosphoric acid, iron, carbohydrate, minral salts, aluminaids, alkaline hote hn. Inke atirikt A, B aur C vitamin ki adhikta ke karan ye poshak hone ke saath-saath pachak, rktshodhk hoti hai.

Muli ka sewan kaise kiya jaye:-

 

Kai trh se hm muli kha skta hai. Lekin bhojan ke baad kachi muli ko daanton se chbaa-chbaa kar khaayen. Uske baad uske naram patte, uske baad thoda gud khana iska shi treeka hai.

Hmare bhojan ko muli jldi pcha deti hai, lekin muli khud mushkil se pchti hai. Iske patte muli ko pcha dete hn. Lekin patte khud nahi pachte isliye upar se gud khana jaruri hai.

 

Agr aap muli ke sewan ka pura fyda uthana chahte hn to kuch baaton ko yaad rkhen:-

 

    

  •     Radish ke saath naram patte jarur khayen.  
  •    Hmesha khaane ke liye kachi, nrm aur patli muli hi len, use sirf dho len aur uska chikla na utaren.
  •   Muli ko katate hi taja kha len jyada der tak cut ki hui mat rkhen. Varna uski smell aur gas bekar ho jati hai. 
  •   Sbji bnate waqt jyada ghee aur masalon ka upyog naa karen. Slow gas par pakayen aur uska pani usime sukha den.
  •    Sbji ko kbhi kadhai me naa bnayen, cooker me bnayen. Sbji me patte jarur daalen.
  •    Jb bhi radish khayen namak-mirch ka pryog naa karen. Red chili to kbhi bhi na daalen. Muli hmara jitna blood bnati hai usko red mirch khtam kar deti hai.
  •    Halka namak aur kaali mirch ka pryog muli ke guno ko km nahi hone dete. Agr sendha namak (rock salt) iske guno me vridhi kar deta hai.
  •   Agr nhane se pahle apne shreer par muli ke ras ki malish se hmari body me shine aati hai. 
  •    Pet ke keede (worms) khatm krne ke liye muli ke rs ka sewn kren.

     Khansi aur asthma me muli thndi taseer hone ke karan hanikarak hoti hai. 

  •     Kisi ko kabj ki shikayat ho to muli ka raita khane se bahut labh milta hai. 
  •     Rate me muli cheap yani sasti hone ke karan har koi iska sewan kar skta hai. 
 

♥ Hmari kitchen me muli:-

 
  • Radish sirf hmare khane ka swad hi nahi badhati
  • kintu ye hmari pachan kriya ko bhi shi karti hai.
  • Tomatoes ki trh ise bhi kacha aur pkakar dono trh se kha skte hn.
  • Ye hmare salad aur beauty dono badha deti hai.
  • Bhojan me milakar upyog nimn trh se kar sakte hn:-
 

♦ Muli ke paranthe aur roti-

  • Green chili, muli kaddukas karke
  • aur ginger choti cut karke halke masale daalen.
  • Ab aate ki loi ke beech me bhar kar halki aanch me kurkure paranthe sek lete hn.
  • Bahut swadisht aur poshan se bharpur paranthe bante hn.

♣ Radish ka raita:-

  • Dahi me rai aur namak ka chonk den.
  • Usme muli kaddukas karke daalkr raita bnaya jata hai
  • jo bahut swadisht hota hai.
  • Isme hra dhaniya daalkar isko aur swad bna skte hn.
  • Ye raita puri-kachodi jais ebhari bhojan ko bhi pacha deta hai. 
 

♦ Muli ka achaar:- 

  • Lemon ka juice, radish ke tukde,
  • bhuni hui rai aur swad anusaar salt daalakar 15-20 din ke liye rkh den.
  • Fir achaar tyaar hai, ise khayen aur labh uthayen.
  • Ye chatpta khatta hota hai jo swad ko badha deta hai,
  • ye hmari pachan kriya ko shi kar deta hai.
  • Agr koi insaan beemari se utha hai,
  • aur uske munh ka swad bigda hua hai.
  • To uske liye ye achaar ramban ka kaam karta hai. 

♠ Radish ki chutny: –

 
  •  Namak, hra dhaniya, mirch aur swad anusaar nmk pees kar muli bhi isme mila den,
  • apki chatney tyar hai. Bhojan ke saath chutny khana apne aap me alg hi swad deta hai.
  •  Isko khane se jodon ke dard, kamar dard aur gathiya ka rog bhi nahi hota.
  •  Bchon ke liye ye ghutti ka kaam karti hai. 
  •  Bhojan ke saath ye chatney dene se unke liye ye tonic ka kaam karta hai. muli khane ke baad agr gud khaya jaye to muli ki badbu munh se nahi aati.

 ♣muli ke ras ke saath gud khane se hepatitis me fyda hota hai. muli khakar milk kabhi na peeyen.
