Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms ko turmeric manage karti hai. Turmeric use health ke liye good hota hai. Ye anti-inflammatory, and anti-arthritic property hoti hai. Ye pain and inflammation ko reduce karne me helpful hai. 

How to use-

  • add 1tbsp turmeric powder len
  • ise water me half hone tak boil karen
  • ab ise cool karen
  • ise twice a day sewan karen.

2. Green tea-

Green tea inflammation reduces me help karta hai. Jab aap daily green tea sewan karte hain to ye rheumatoid arthritis symptoms ko slow karta hai. On the other hand, antioxidant aur anti-inflammatory properties joint pain swelling reduce karti hai. 

How to use-

  • 1 tsp green tea leaves len
  • ab 1 cup water len
  • inhe mix karen
  • ab ise boil karen
  • isme honey mix karen
  • daily 2-3 cups green tea ka sewan karen aur healthy rahen.

3. Epsom salt for rheumatoid arthritis –

Epsom salt me magnesium present hota hai. Aur ye magnesium alkalinity and acidity level ko regulate karta hai. Epsom salt me magnesium anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic property liye hota hai. 

How to use-

  • Epsom salt aap bathing me karen. Ise aap bath water me mix kar sakte hain.

4. Fenugreek-

Fenugreek seeds me vitamins, essential minerals jaise calcium, iron and phosphorus present hota hai. Isse ye joint pain treatment me helpful hai. Isme anti-inflammatory aur anti-oxidant property hoti hai. Ye swelling me help aur pain relief karti hai. 

How to use-

  • 1-2 tsp fenugreek seeds len
  • inhe whole night water me soak kar len
  • next morning water strain karen

  • agr chahen to aap 1 tsp fenugreek seeds ka powder form bhi sewan kar sakte hain
  • iska sewan aap warm water ke saath twice aur thrice daily karen.

5. Ginger-

Aap ye to jante hi hain ki ginger inflammatory diseases me helpful hai. Isme bioactive compound gingerol hota hai. Saath hi ginger me anti-inflammatory hoti hai. Ye pain aur inflammation reduce me help karti hai.

How to use-

  • daily some fresh ginger chew karen
  • ginger oil len aur affected area par rub karen
  • ab ise sun se 5-10 minutes uncover karen
  • ise regular repeat kar len
  • apni cooking me bhi ginger add karen.

5. Honey and cinnamon-

Cinnamon me anti-inflammatory aur anti-oxidant property hoti hai. Honey aur cinnamon ko every morning water me mix kar sewan karen. Aa affected areas par bhi cinnamon aur honey paste use kar sakte hain. Ye apko arthritis pain me relief dega.
