1. Pay Compliments-

  • Apko other peoples ke liye hamesha compliments dene ki habit banani hogi.
  • Isme apko koi cost nahi deni hogi.
  • Aur apke aisa karne se difficult days me apko unse bhi help mil sakti hai.
  • Yahan aapko ek careful rahna hoga ki aap kahin same hi person ko many compliments na de den.
  • Aisa karne se use lagega ki shayad apko unse koi kaam hai.
  • Ye sure karen ki apka compliment genuine aur deserved hone chahiye. 

2. Buy Someone Coffee:

  • Weekend me apne friend ko coffee buy karke deni chahiye.
  • Aisa karna apke kind hone ke liye great way hai.
  • Agr us friend ke liye ye unexpected hai to ye uske liye special moment hoga.
  • isse apke between relation bhi maintain hoga.

3. Talk:

  • Jis person se aap normally baat nahi karte us person se baat karne ke liye time nikalen.

  • Lekin agr aap ye other workers ke samne karte hain to isse wo person top par khud ko feel karega.
  • Aap ye bhi sochiye ki jab koi apko praise karta hai tab apko kaisi feelings hoti hain.

10. Stop Complaning:

  • Complaining karna bad habbit hoti hai.
  • Ye instant apka mood spoil kar deti hai.
  • Isse har kaam kharab hota hai.
  • Agr apko ye bad habbit hai to quickly isse nijat paane ki koshish karen.
  • Starting me 1-2 din bina complain kiye rahen.
  • Aur khud feel karen ki bina complaining ke apko kaisa feel ho raha hai.

  • Jin friends se aap kafi time se nahi mile aur bole unhe call kijiye.
