Chai hmare desh me bahut jyada prchlit hai. Jb bhi koi hmare ghar aata hai to use tea pilate hain. Agr kbhi chai nahi pilayi to hmara mehmaan shikayat krta hai.

Chai sadharntya subh, aur din chde pee jati hai. Chai me uttejna aur sfurti utpann karne wale padarth hote han. Caffeine, tannin aur chai me sugandh paida karne wala sugandhit tel hai. 

Ydi chai ko shi tareeke se bnaya jaye to 2-3 pyale bhi hm pratidin sewan kiya jaye to ye hmare swasthy ke liye labhkari sabit hoti hai.

Lekin ydi jyada der tk patti ko uabala jaye ye chai hani krti hai. isse anek beemari hoti hai. Jaise anidra, apchta, acidity, blood pressure aur heart beat me vridhi hogi.

Bhojan ke baad chai nahi peeyen. Chai bhojan me upasthit lohe(iron) se kriya kar shareer se loha nikal degi. Aur garbh me pal rhe apke sheeshu par bhi bura prabhav dalegi.

Chai ke sewan me rakhen kuch savdhaniyan:-

1. Chai bnane ki vidhi:-

  • 1 pyala chai bna rahe hain to 1 choti chammch chai patti se jyada na dalen,
  • pani ko 2-3 minute ubale taki agr usme koi gas ghuli hai to wo nikal jayegi.
  • 1 choti chmmch chai patti se jyada na dalen,
  • pani ko 2-3 minute ubale taki agr usme koi gas ghuli hai to wo nikal jayegi.
  • Wo ketli jisme chai ki patti rakhi ho usme pani daale.
  • Fir 5-6 minute dhak kar rakh den.
  • Iske baad chaan kar dudh, shakkar milakar pee len. 
  • Garmi ke mausam me glass me chaan kar use thanda kar len.
  • Aur fir usme dudh ki jgh neembu nichod len.
  • Aur shakkar, barf daal kar thande pey ke rup me peeyen.
  • Ye apko thandak ke saath apch me bhi aram dega. 

2. Chai peene ka wqt:-

  • Har wqt chai peena sehat ke liye hanikarak hota hai, isliye chai peene me hmesha snyam barten.
  • (Eevery time is not tea time) isliye 2-3 baar se jyada chai ka sewan na karen. Garmi me dopahar ke samay thandi chai nimbu ka ark daal kar peeyen.

3. Bed tea hanikarak:-

Jin logon ko bister par aankh khulte hi chai peene ki aadat hoti hai unka swasthy kbhi theek nahi rhta.

Khaali pet chai peene se garam chai hamari ann nali aur amashy ki ander ki jhilli ko prbhavit karti hai. Jisse sujan aa jati hai.

4. Chai ko chakhen lekin gatke nahi:-

Chai grm peene ki jgh thandi karke peene se hitkari hoti hai.

Isliye chai ko hamesha dheeredheere peena chahiye. Chai ko phle plate me thandi karen fir peeyen.

5. Chai peene se shareer ka loha khatam:-

Chai me upasthit tannin lohe ke saath kriya karke use precipitate kar shreer se bahar nikal deta hai. Isliye bhojan ke pahle aur bhojan ke baad chai peena bahut hanikarak hai.
