  • Watch Your Blood pressure-

Agr aapka blodd pressure high hai to ye apki kidney par stress daal sakta hai. Agr aap ye nahi jante to apne doctor se jarur check karwayen. Kai baar jab apko high B.P hota hai to apko koi symptoms nahi dikhte. Aise me apke liye problem create ho sakti hai. Kedney problems me high B.P sabse top cause mana jata hai.

  • Diabetes Hona-

Agr aap diabetic hain to apna sugar level regula check karwate rahen. Agr sugar control me nahi hai tab aapki kidney ko khatra ho sakta hai. Hypertension(High blood pressure) diabetes one of the biggest problem kidney health ke liye.

  • Take your Meds-

Agr aap medicine le rahe hain to apne doctor ke prescription ko ragular follow karte rahen. Jo bhi instructions apko de rakhi hain un par pura dhyan den.

Ise doctors “GFR” test(short for glomerular filtration rate) kahte hain. Iske results number 60 or isse higher normal range mani jati hai. 

Apka doctor urine test se bhi ye check karte hain ki apke toilet me albumin naam ka blood protien to nahi hai. Agr ye hai to apke fir aur bhi tests kiye jate hain. Jisse ye pata lagaya jata hai ki apki kidney me to problem nahi hai. Waise ye aur bhi resons se ho sakta hai lekin kidney problem ke liye best test hai.
