Ab apko apni body me sukun wale changes milne wale start honge. Iske saath hi aap 1 cup brown rice ya 1/2 chapati kha skte hn. Ye roti gehun aur besan mix krke bnayen. Water jyada hi peeyen. Isse apki body ki puri safai ho jayegi.
