Thyroid gland disorders-

Throat region me ek small gland locate hoti hai. Ye gland hormone secret karti hai jo body ke metabolism, growth aur temperature maintenance ke liye responsible hote hain.

Basically thyroid disorders 2 types ke hote hain-

  • Hypothyroidism
  • Hyperthyroidism.

Hypothyroidism tab ho sakta hai jb gland sufficient hormone produce karne me fail hoti hai. Jabki gland agr too much hormones release kare to hyperthyroidism ho sakta hai. Thyroidism disorders se nijat paane ke liye yogasanas natural remedy effective hote hain.

1. Sarvangasana(सर्वांगासन)-

Ye posture whole endocrine system ko maintain me help karta hai. ye gland par pressure dalta hai. Isse Blood supply best hoti hai. Ye full body parts me blood circulate karta hai. Isse neck aur thyroid gland ke functions ko proper karta hai. Aur isse hypothyroidism reverse hone lagta hai. 

2. Halasana(हलासन)-

Ye yoga posture thyroid ke liye bahut beneficial hai. Isme aap ise aise karte hain jaise khet me ploughing kar rahe hon. Yaani khet me hal chla rhe hon. Aisa karne se apki neck par pressure padta hai, aur isse gland bhi dabti hai. 

3. Ushtrasana(उष्ट्रासन)-

Is aasana me camel pose banaya jata hai. Isse apki gland par pressure padta hai. 

4. Bhujangaasana(भुजंगासन)-

Is asana ae neck stretch padta hai. Isse gland par bhi pressure hota hai. 

5. SHeershashan(शीर्षासन)-

Sheershashan, thyroid glands ko manage akrne karne ke liye sabse best yoga pose hai. Ise karne se metabolic function balance hota hai. Isse hamari body me freshness aur alertness rahti hai. Sirf thyroid hi nahi other health problems me bhi helpful hai. 

6. Setubandh Sarvangasana(सेतुबंध सर्वांगासन)-

Ye asana, thyroid disorder ke liye sabse important asana hota hai. Agr koi bhi is asana ko perfectly karte hain to thyroid se nijat paa sakte hain. 

7. Uzzaipranayam(उज्जयी प्राणायाम)-

Throid me sabse jyada effective yoga posture Uzzaipranayam hai. Isme body ko rest to milta hi hai saath hi throat related bhi sahi hoti hain. Isme toat se ek awaaj nikalti hai jisse thyroid gland bhi effective hoti hai.hr

8. Vipareetkarni asana(विपरीतकरनी आसन)-

Vipareet ka meaning hai opposite aur karni mean karne wala. Vipareetkarni naam ka ye yoga poses thyroid ke liye best hai. Ye thyroid gland ke liye positive response deta hai. 

9. Matasyasana(मत्स्यासन)-

Is asnaa me fish pose banana hota hai. Isme gland par full pressure hota hai. Isse apke throat me stretch padta hai. Is asana se thyroid disease se nijat mil sakti hai. Isliye hame is asana ka use karna chahiye.

10. Dhanurasana(धनुरासन)-

Ye asana baan ke jaise pose banaya jata hai. Isme throat par pressure padta hai. Is asana ko karne se hormones control rahte hain. Gland par pressure padne se thyroid disease me fyada hone lagta hai.
